Murivest was founded in 2025. Nairobi provides the firm's principal market perspective and serves as the foundation for its East African commercial property advisory activity.
From this base, Murivest has developed a market architecture connecting selected commercial property markets across East Africa, the Gulf, Western Europe and Southeast Asia. The objective is not to appear everywhere. It is to build meaningful market connections where there is a clear reason for the mandate to exist.

Murivest was founded by Mark Muriithi in Nairobi in 2025. The firm was established to create an independent advisory platform focused on commercial property mandates, market intelligence and carefully considered cross-border opportunities.
The firm's approach is deliberately measured: understand the mandate, establish the relevant facts, identify the appropriate counterparties and make the next decision clearer.
